With extensive leadership experience at organizations including Acadia Healthcare and Summit Behavioral Healthcare, Gregory has successfully led high-performing teams, developed referral networks, and launched integrated behavioral health programs.     Director of Peer Support and Community Outreach

    Sam Garcia, a married father of four and a proud member of the Kewa Pueblo, has committed his life to transforming recovery services in Alaska since 2019. In long-term recovery since April 8 2016, he draws on his personal journey to assist others. As a certified chemical dependency counselor and one of Alaska’s first certified peer support professionals, Sam advocates for those facing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. He is also dedicated to enhancing services for veterans and promoting the growth of peer support roles. His mission is anchored in the belief that connection can overcome addiction, empowering individuals and fostering community healing. Together, we can create meaningful change.
